If you find the same product at a cheaper price in another store within 30 days of making the purchase, we will refund you 100% of the price difference.

You can also use the Best Price Guarantee before making a purchase. If you are planning to buy home appliances and you find a cheaper offer elsewhere, you have the right to receive the same or even better offer from us.

Best Price Guarantee only applies to registered HairPartner loyal customers.

Best Price Guarantee is based on an identical product code specified by the manufacturer (product code, article code, GTIN code, model code, SKU, PN, MPN and another unique code specific to a specific product). If the product code is not listed in the competitive offer or there is a disagreement on product identification, we may ask you to send us other parameters that confirm the product identity, such as name, model, series, appearance, completeness, specification, sales area and GTIN code (EAN barcode).

The general and ordering conditions of a competing online store must be equal to the general and ordering conditions of the HairPartner online store.

Best Price Guarantee does not extend to offers related to subscription and fixed-term contracts and offers with added value or gifts. Also, Best Price Guarantee does not extend to a competitor's limited quantity of offers, samples, products returned by the customer, used products, hire-purchase offers, gifts, mispricing and coupon offers.

The seller of the goods must be a legal person registered and operating in Estonia.

The goods must be new and unopened.

Best Price Guarantee is only valid in the HairPartner online store.

Best Price Guarantee is based on the goods actually available at the competitor. For ordered and out of stock products, the service does not extend. The goods must be delivered within 3 working days at the latest.

Best Price Guarantee applies once for each product/transaction. Best Price Guarantee can only be applied for before purchase.

As proof for Best Price Guarantee is the web address (URL) only for a competitor's offer valid in Estonia.

A comparable price is the price of a product at the time when Euronics checks the competitor's offer.

Best Price Guarantee applies to all products sold in HairPartner online store (the price of services is not covered by Best Price Guarantee).
